What types of membership do you have?
We keep the range simple: two main membership types, Gymnasium and Gymnasium Plus, each available as monthly rolling or fixed-term (3 or 6 months). Gymnasium gives access to DELTΔ, Hyrox, Open Gym, Motion, Run Club and events. Gymnasium Plus adds Athletica, our higher-skill CrossFit-based track. Both come in Anytime and limited-class options depending on location. Prices vary by location, so ask your nearest gym or Member Support.
Introductory Memberships
One-time offers for new members only: available if you've never been a member before, and once per person. Fixed-term intro memberships auto-renew onto a monthly membership at full price. We'll always notify you before the renewal, so you can choose to continue, pause or cancel. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time, but the intro period runs to its end date; cancellations are actioned at the end of the introductory period (1, 3 or 6 months). If you're new, an Introductory Membership is the best-value way to try Gymnasium.
Class Packs
Available in two sizes, 8 or 16 sessions, and valid for 12 months; sessions don't carry over past expiry. Best for people who don't train regularly, visitors in London for a short time, or anyone who wants flexibility without committing monthly. Planning to train more than 2 to 3 times a week? A monthly membership works out cheaper.
Joining
There are no joining fees. Join online or speak to a coach at your nearest location. Drop-in sessions are £25, reimbursed if you join.
One coached class a day
All memberships include one coached class per day. Class-allowance memberships run on the calendar month, and unused classes don't roll over.
Transfer Memberships
When a gym transfers into the Gymnasium family, Gymnasium terms apply from the transfer date. Previous operator pricing or entitlements don't continue, transfer discounts are time-limited and revert to standard pricing afterwards, and memberships offered during a transfer may differ from those at other Gymnasium sites.
